Rather than focusing on controlling behavior or rushing development, we encourage parents to slow down, observe with curiosity, and trust in their child's innate competence. When we understand development and learn to see behavior as communication, everyday caregiving moments—from diaper changes and mealtimes to play and bedtime—become opportunities to build security, confidence, and connection.
